Jon Jones Called DC a "Little Crybaby B*tch" on a Russian Reality Show and Then One of DC's Fighters Took Him Down
Jon Jones called DC a "little crybaby b*tch" on ALF Reality 3 after DC refused to wrestle him. Then one of DC's Russian fighters replaced him and actually took Jones down on camera. The footage just dropped and it's exactly as wild as it sounds.

Bro I need to talk about this because the footage that dropped today is genuinely one of the funniest things I've ever seen in MMA and nobody is framing it right.
Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier are coaching against each other on ALF Reality 3, which is basically a Russian version of The Ultimate Fighter filmed in Thailand. They've been going back and forth the entire season. Some episodes they're laughing together. Some episodes Jones is calling DC names. One episode a fighter literally pulled out a knife during a brawl and Jones had to help break it up because the show is absolute chaos.
But today's clip is the one. Jones challenged DC to a wrestling match on camera as part of a segment. DC said no. Jones called him a "little crybaby b*tch." DC fired back with "he's in love with me, he wants to touch me. Don't touch me." And then, because this rivalry can never just end normally, one of DC's Russian fighters stepped in to replace him and actually took Jones down on camera.
The GOAT got his lead leg grabbed, lifted in the air, and dropped on the canvas by a guy most people have never heard of. And DC was on the side screaming "I'm killing him in wrestling! Look at his stance!"
And I promise I am not making any of this up lol.
The Full Clip and Why It Matters
Okay so the context here is important. ALF Reality is a show run by this guy Alfredo Auditore. It's been around for a few seasons and they keep getting bigger names. Season 1 and 2 had Jones coaching alongside guys like Nate Diaz, Jorge Masvidal, Petr Yan, and Aljamain Sterling. Nate Diaz actually left the show last season after a wild brawl broke out, which honestly sounds exactly like something Nate would do.
Season 3 is Jones vs Cormier. Two UFC Hall of Famers. Two former two division champions. Arguably the greatest rivalry in the history of the sport. And they stuck them in Thailand together to coach teams of fighters on a reality show.
The wrestling segment went like this. Jones called DC out to grapple on camera. DC wasn't having it. He told Jones straight up that he'd need more money to do that, and then hit him with the "he's in love with me" line which, I'm not even hating, is actually hilarious. DC has always been funnier than people give him credit for.
Jones didn't take the rejection well. He went off calling DC a "little crybaby b*tch" for not accepting the challenge. And that's the quote that's going viral right now because of course it is.
But the part everyone should be talking about is what happened next. DC offered up one of his Russian fighters as a replacement. The guy was smaller than Jones. Way smaller. DC was confident his guy would win anyway, and he was screaming about Jones' wrestling stance being trash before the match even started.
The fighter grabbed Jones' lead leg, picked him up, and put him on the mat.
Jon Jones. The GOAT. Taken down by a guy coaching under Daniel Cormier on a reality show in Thailand.
DC's reaction was exactly what you'd expect. Pure joy. Absolute chaos on the sideline. The man has been waiting over a decade to see Jones hit the canvas and he finally got it, even if it wasn't him doing it.
This Beef Will Literally Never End
I wrote about Jones asking for his UFC release after the White House snub. I wrote about him saying he's done with fighting because of arthritis in his hip. I wrote about him joining a Russian bare knuckle promotion as an ambassador. And now I'm writing about him calling DC a crybaby on a completely different Russian show.
The Jones timeline in 2026 is legitimately one of the wildest things I've ever tried to keep track of. In the span of a few months, the man has retired from MMA, asked for his release from the UFC, become the face of IBA Bare Knuckle in St. Petersburg, filmed a reality show in Thailand with his greatest rival, and is somehow STILL in negotiations to fight at the White House in June. Oh and he got caught on camera in a road rage incident at a Little Caesars parking lot. I almost forgot about that one.
And through all of it, the one constant is DC. These two cannot leave each other alone. It's been over eight years since their last fight. Eight years. Jones won both times (one got overturned to a no contest because of the drug test but still). DC retired. Jones moved to heavyweight. They both went into the Hall of Fame. The rivalry should be over by every reasonable measure.
It's not over. It will never be over. These two are gonna be 70 years old at a UFC Hall of Fame ceremony and Jones is gonna lean over and whisper something about making DC cry and DC is gonna bring up the drug test and security is gonna have to separate them. That's just how this works.
The Wrestling Match That Keeps Almost Happening
Here's where it gets interesting. DC has been openly saying he wants to wrestle Jones for real. Not on a reality show segment. An actual sanctioned wrestling match under RAF rules, which is the Real American Freestyle promotion that's been doing these exhibition matches with MMA fighters.
DC told Ben Askren on a podcast: "I'm going to kick his ass. I still train wrestlers every day." And honestly? He might be right. DC was a two time Olympic wrestler before he ever threw a punch in MMA. The man's wrestling credentials are legitimately elite. Jones wrestled in junior college. He's a freak athlete who made wrestling work inside MMA because he's 6'4 with an 84 inch reach and nobody could get close enough to set anything up. But in a pure wrestling match with no striking threat? That's DC's world.
Jones has mostly brushed off the wrestling talk, and his reasoning actually makes sense when you hear it. He's said the arthritis in his hip is so bad he already qualifies for a full hip replacement. He went to bed in "so much pain" during his last training camp. The man's body is telling him to stop and he keeps finding new ways to compete anyway.
But that's what makes the ALF Reality clip so perfect. Jones is the one who challenged DC to wrestle. DC said no. Jones called him a crybaby for it. And then DC's fighter proved that maybe Jones' wrestling isn't as bulletproof as the legacy suggests. The irony is honestly beautiful.
The Part Nobody Wants to Admit
Look, I love Jones. He's the GOAT. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. The resume is untouchable. The record speaks for itself. What he did to the light heavyweight division for over a decade was unlike anything we've ever seen in this sport.
But watching Jones on ALF Reality 3 calling DC a crybaby while simultaneously refusing to commit to an actual wrestling match, while also negotiating a UFC comeback that may or may not happen, while also being the ambassador of a Russian bare knuckle promotion, while also dealing with arthritis that could end his career permanently... it's a lot, man.
The GOAT conversation is settled. Nobody is taking that from Jones. But the post retirement version of Jones is starting to look like a guy who doesn't know what he wants to be next and is saying yes to everything that comes his way while picking fights with the one guy who's always gonna pick back.
DC isn't innocent in this either. He knows what he's doing when he pokes Jones. The "he's in love with me" line is calculated to make Jones look desperate. The Russian fighter replacement was calculated to embarrass him on camera. DC has been playing this game for over a decade and he's very good at it.
But that's what makes this rivalry the best one MMA has ever produced. Neither guy can help themselves. The pride won't let them walk away. And every time you think they've moved on, someone puts a camera in front of them and it all comes flooding back.
Jones called DC a crybaby. DC's fighter put Jones on the mat. And somewhere out there, Dana White is watching this footage and probably thinking about whether these two idiots can somehow sell one more event together before they both physically can't compete anymore.
I'd watch it. You'd watch it. We'd all watch it. And they know that lol.
